Stefanie SacksMS, CNS, CDN

Stefanie, a Culinary Nutritionist, has dedicated over 20 years to using nutrition therapy and culinary guidance to transform the lives of countless individuals. This foundational work remains at the core of her practice today. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University, is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist®, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, and a graduate of the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.

She inspires, educates and empowers people to eat and live to their full potential. Her book What The Fork Are You Eating is a must-read guide for anyone looking to improve food choice!

Stefanie tackles a wide range of conditions, from simple to complex, and collaborates seamlessly with medical and therapeutic teams. When a team doesn’t exist, she takes the lead in building one. As a chef, nutritionist, and innate healer, Stefanie uses food as a powerful conduit for profound transformation, guiding her clients toward lasting change and wellness.

Nathalie CurabbaMS, CNS, LDN

Nathalie is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist®, Licensed Dietary Nutritionist, and Health-supportive Chef. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is a graduate of the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.

Nathalie’s personal and professional experiences have shaped her deep understanding of the vital role diet plays in wellness. She empowers individuals to harness the healing power of food and nutrition, guiding them on their unique health journeys.

Specializing in autoimmune conditions, particularly Hashimoto’s, and metabolic challenges, Nathalie works closely with women and children, addressing the distinct needs of families and mothers.

A firm believer that wellness is not one-size-fits-all, Nathalie inspires clients to discover their capacity to heal, fostering true wellness and happiness. She helps others realize that feeling genuinely great is not only possible but within reach.

Carly WertheimMS, CNS

Combining evidence-based nutrition science with time-honored kitchen wisdom, Carly empowers clients to use food as a tool for optimizing health, preventing disease, and managing chronic conditions. She specializes in nutrition for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum, as well as women’s health, metabolic disorders, IBD, cancer, and autoimmune conditions. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University, is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist®, and graduated from the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.

For over 10 years, Carly has supported thousands of individuals through her nutrition practice, as a corporate nutrition educator, and in collaboration with hospitals such as UCSF and Mount Sinai. Her approach focuses on empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to support life-long nourishment practices, confidence in the kitchen, and deep connection to the body’s innate intelligence.

Counseling

We partner with you to create a personalized roadmap to optimal health and well-being. Whether you're managing a health condition or focused on prevention, building a thoughtful nourishment plan is a powerful step toward lasting wellness.

The Initial Evaluation includes a comprehensive intake process—pre-session questionnaires and a food diary review—followed by a private session with our practitioners. Afterward, you'll receive a personalized Plan of Action and a follow-up phone call to support your next steps. For each Follow Up session, you will recieve Session Summary Notes.

Cookshops

Customized culinary experiences that empower you with the knowledge and skills to shop, cook, and eat for better health. We guide you every step of the way—making nourishing choices approachable, practical, and delicious. Actively engaging in hands-on-experiences gently shifts your relationship with food.

Every Cookshop comes with a personalized Cookshop Kit—featuring a menu and recipes crafted by Stefanie and the WTFork team to align your learning goals with our food-as-medicine philosophy. Your health and wellness are always the focus. We design each experience to meet you where you are. You’ll receive your Cookshop Kit in advance so you can join fully prepared and ready to dive in.
