FAQ's

Our standard retreat is 4 days and 3 nights but we are open to build longer experiences depending on the interest and needs of your group.

How long are the retreats?

We will work directly with you to create a schedule that works for your group. But take a look at our sample schedule under "Details" on our retreat page to get an idea of our programming.

What is the daily schedule for the retreat?

The cost is dependent on location, duration, and programmatic needs of your group. You can e mail us directly at info@wtfork.com to inquire.

How much do the retreats cost?

Accommodations, meals and planned activities are included in the retreat price. 

What's included in the retreat?

Transportation (flights, car rentals), treatments (if applicable), and independent activities (ie. if you want to leave retreat site for an independent excursion) are not included. 

What's not included in the retreat?

Once registered, a Zoom link will be sent via e mail with your confirmation. 

How do I access the workshop?

Once registered, you will gain access to the recipe PDF. 

Where can I find the recipes?

Please don't sweat it! Most ingredients are basic however if you get stuck, feel free to e mail us at info@wtfork.com and we will get back to you with alternative options. 

What if I can't find all of the ingredients?

It's your choice. You can cook along or simply watch and contribute in a way that is comfortable. 

Do I have to cook during the workshop?

Post workshop, you will receive an e mail with a Zoom recording of the workshop.
