This intimate, hands-on cookshop explores the connection between what you eat and how your body responds, heals, and restores. Together, we’ll move beyond the noise around inflammation and into a more grounded understanding of how everyday food choices can either fuel or calm the system. Working in a small group of no more than eight, you’ll prepare simple, nutrient-dense dishes using seasonal, thoughtfully sourced ingredients—rich in antioxidants, healthy fats, and balanced flavors that support blood sugar stability and reduce stress on the body. This fully participatory experience is designed to build both skill and confidence in the kitchen.

About the Experience

This fully participatory experience is designed to deepen both skill and confidence in the kitchen. We’ll cook, taste, and gather for a shared meal—where conversation, connection, and community unfold naturally at the table. Each participant will receive a curated take-home packet of recipes. Please bring your own knife (BYOK); cutting boards and all other equipment will be provided. Exact workshop location will be shared upon registration.
